The value for money at this hotel is excellent. It's a great option if you're looking for a couple nights in the city before heading to nearby attractions like HaLong Bay. The location is also fantastic, with nice restaurants and sightseeing places within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and the basic amenities are satisfactory for the price. The rooms are simple but of a good size, and the breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of options cooked to order.
No mention of any areas that could be improved.

Complementary coffee in the room and the free airport shuttle were a nice touch. the hotel is centrally located which made it easy to get around. the bed was comfortable and we were able to get a good night's sleep.
The room was small and outdated. the bathroom was in need of renovation with old fixtures and grime in the corners.
